Feedback from the Race
Just a quick line to let you know that I ran the Deepdale Dash today as I was visiting friends in the area who had also booked to do it - I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed it and found the marshals and organisation really top notch! I came low down the field as I am coming back from a cold but am glad I didn't miss this race. Thanks to one and all.

Both Jennifer Constable and John Constable run the event and had a good day, we felt the run was very well organised with a relaxed atmosphere both before and after the event. All Marshalls and helpers were very helpful we look forward to next years event and our Grand children taking part in the fun run, today has inspired other family members to take part.

The field is increased to 400 maximum for 201. There are more toilets and other facilities at Baysgarth School.
