DESCRIPTION:One of East Yorkshire’s oldest runnign events\, having taken place since 1987\, the Haltemprice 10k returns on Sunday 26th October 2025 for it’s second year with the RunThrough team. \nStarting and finishing in the East Yorkshire village of Kirk Ella\, the Haltemprice 10k course takes in some beautiful scenery along closed roads and provides just enough of a challenge to keep even the seasoned striders on their toes. \nYou will then run up through the pretty village of West Ella before an undulating loop around Swanland and returning to South Ella Way.  The first half of the course is gradually uphill but then you’re rewarded with a wonderful downhill return stretch to collect your traditional medal. \n

DESCRIPTION:This is where it all began. \nThe Leeds 10K was Jane Tomlinson’s vision. Having raised £1.8 million for charity while she was battling terminal cancer\, in 2006 Jane knew her time left to fundraise was limited.
