P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery 10k Charity Run 2026

All funds raised at this event will go to the local charity P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery.

P.A.U.L for Brain Recovery is a community based support and guidance service that exists to support anyone affected by brain injury. All of our sessions aim to improve quality of life after brain injury by offering the practical coping skills and knowledge to help manage daily living, avoid crisis and to rebuild a meaningful life. 

All participants will receive an official runners pack, which includes a 2026 P.A.U.L 10K medal and t-shirt.
