The second fixture of the 2025 Humber Open Series took place on Sunday 15th June at Grimsby’s King George V Stadium, providing a full day of athletics action under bright early summer skies.
With athletes from across the region competing in a packed programme of track and field events, the meet offered something for everyone — sprints, middle-distance races, jumps, and throws.
This fixture was particularly notable as it also incorporated Humber County Championship events for selected age groups, giving athletes the opportunity to compete for local honours in addition to personal bests and ranking points.
