The Hardmoors Goathland Trail Series is part of the Hardmoors 26.2 Series and offers challenging trail runs of marathon, half marathon and 10k distances in the North Yorkshire Moors starting from Goathland Village Hall on Saturday 8th November 2025.
Mark Nettleton competed in the 10k (actually 7.5 miles with 1100ft of ascent) and finished first in his new age category of VM60. Oh and he was also first overall in this race!
Sue Oldfield participated in the marathon distance which turns out to be actually 27.5 miles with a huge 4800ft of ascent, finishing first in her age category to boot. Sue was joined in the marathon distance by Tracy Chaplin and Steve Chaplin.
