The Ravenstonedale 10k is a scenic race around the beautiful village of Ravenstonedale organised by Howgill Harriers.
This year’s race took place on Saturday 29th November 2025 using quiet lanes around the village with a small loop and a larger loop being run anti-clockwise. Ravenstonedale is located in the Upper Eden Valley at the foot of the Howgill Fells between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, approximately 4 miles south west of Kirkby Stephen.
For several years a contingent from Barton & District AC have participated in this race with 2025 no exception. Mark Nettleton, Alison Nettleton, Louise Binns, Phil Kirkham, Claudia Holden, Tracy Chaplin and Sue Oldfield all raced in rural Ravenstonedale.
